How our e-Logbook works?

Step 1 - Signup

Students can purchase (One-time fee for 3 years) online from our website.

Step 2 - Teacher
Student Profile
Students complete their profile by filling in basic details, selecting their college, course, and subject,and uploading their photo and college ID proof.

Step 3 - Add Teacher
Add Teacher
Students add/select their teacher(s) for a subject. (Multiple teachers can be added.)
If a college name, course, or subject is missing, students can simply email us,and we will add it from our end.

Step 4 - Receive Notification
Receive Notification
Teachers receive an email & WhatsApp notification when a student adds them. They also receive a teacher panel with login credentials.

Step 5 - Teacher Profile
Teacher Profile
Teachers complete their profile & upload their ID proof (college ID or joining letter).
Teachers are auto-approved, and their courses & subjects are auto-assigned.
If a teacher leaves, students can add another teacher, and all existing data remains accessible to approved teachers.

Step 6 - Approve by teacher
Approve by teacher
Teachers review and approve students by verifying their uploaded college ID proof.

Step 7 - Confirmation Mail
Confirmation Mail
Once approved, students receive a confirmation via email & WhatsApp and can start entering data into their Med-eLogbook.

Step 8 - Verify & Score
Verify & Score
Teachers can verify individual or bulkstudent entries.(Teachers can only access the data of students they have approved.)
Teachers can approve & score student's logbook entries as per NMC guidelines.
